TERMS OF SERVICE

G E N E R A L
- Please fill out the Google Form attached below to submit a commission request!I will contact you if your commission is accepted :)
- Please have some reference/idea pics on hand so I can give you a piece you want!! (esp. important for OCs).
- Up to 2 characters for one commission, with an additional 50% fee of original price.

P A Y M E N T
- Payment will be made through Paypal.
- I will send you an invoice once the sketch has been approved and we’re ready to move onto the next stage! (See Process for details)
- The payment must be made in full before I can begin coloring.
- Refunds will not be allowed once I have begun coloring.P R O C E S S
- After gathering your feedback and we have agreed on an idea, I’ll send you one or more rough sketches for you to choose from. Here would be the best time to make changes (minor or major are ok)!
- Once the final sketch has been agreed upon, I'll send you a Paypal invoice.
- When the payment has been made, I’ll start coloring/rendering the piece! I will provide process pics at any time if you request them :)
- Only minor changes can be made at this stage – for major changes, I may request up to 30% of the base fee.
- I will email you the full resolution piece (and any close-ups) once finished!U S EAs the artist:
- I may post the piece (if it is your OC, I will ask for permission) anywhere on my social media with a watermark.
- I can make process videos with the piece.
- I will not post the full piece without an appropriate “do not use” watermark.As the customer:
- The commission piece is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may post the piece anywhere on your social media. You can tag me, but it's definitely not required!
- You may claim the subject (if OC) as your own, but not the art itself.
- You may not sell or profit off of the piece.REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
- The customer may cancel their commission at any time before payment.
- I may cancel the commission at anytime for any reason, and I will fully refund you if you have already paid.
